hi not having someone who was server banned 3 weeks ago being apart of trusted yet. reapply in a month.

before I accept unicorn, i'll post here explaining a few things factored into my decision making and about what makes her such a good candidate for other people applying for staff in the future:

• consistent hours
• high knowledge of the rules
• fosters enjoyment for the server while regularly playing as warden which is a rare trait
• high level of previous experience (not everyone is expected to have this, but it helps)
• clear passion for the server
• neither too strict or too loose in her judgements; has found a good balance to maximise fun for herself and others
• in general good reputation amongst her peers with an exemplary level of community engagement

for others applying for staff, one of the best ways to get noticed and demonstrate to us how you may operate as a future staff member is to play warden

knew u a few years ago as youre aware, and ill say to c give the kid a crack i reckon he's got some experience and could be helpful while were still early in. also not a complete asshole from my experience.
