What happened:

I went to the bathroom and I walked back into my room around 11:08 in game time. As I go to sit down, I see that I had been killed before 11 I go and notify Spids that he had free killed me and then he accuses me of fake AFKing. He then accuses me of continuing to fake AFK as I am actively typing and his excuse is that because I am typing I am able to move and I should be moving and the fact that I am not moving shows that I am actively fake AFK which is not true as you cannot type in chat and move at the same time.

Hi Muppet, I was actually on CT I believe if not a few minutes earlier, you were constantly fake AFKing for many rounds and I got so sick of it I had to leave the server.

Spids was trying to progress rounds without having any devious rebellers. Did you have to go to the bathroom at the start of every round?

@wk you may think that but i was typing admin chat and when your typing you cant move and if i was not typing then i was moveing so im not sure how that is fake afking but if you have proof the said otherwise then i would love to see it

Thanks for taking the time to make the post against Spids.
Upon discussion with Spids - and your explanation - I agree that he should not have killed you before 11 as you were not moving in your cell. This is explicitly stated in the rules and Spids should know this.

I have discussed it further with Spids to ensure he is fully aware of the rules and to ensure he plays by them in future - as he is a representation of the server and the staff team, it is disappointing to see.

He assures me he will not do it again and apologises as above.

If you have any further issues please feel free to make another post or reach out directly, I will keep an eye on Spids and anything further will be dealt with as necessary.
