there is a gun that spawn on industry in a cell so i sent ts to map banner for a guncheck, then some rand massys and i cop it for "baiting massy" when i never said anything to do with a massy at all or hinted to it in any way and it was completely out of my control.

so it wasnt about you collaborating on a massy as you said that isnt in your control which is why that is not the reason for your punishment.I pmed you prior to industry when you wardened about your cting and and disrespect to others.
on industry within an instant cell open to banner for a gun check. another prolonged gun check to also taking over for warden on orders when warden was still actively wardening. nazi killing and finally prolonging gun check by running through all Ts during supposed gun check.if you have any clips of any claims against what i have mentioned then please bring it forward and ill happily go through them and reassess the current outcome if resources deem a reevaluation.

How is it that everyone can call eachother duds, retards and telling eachother to kill themselves, but the second your female friend is call the b word for a once off all night for comm stomping me as warden and every other warden for the whole map prior its all special treatment youre giving her mate. i have 3 members of staff saying that i can talk to say who however else i speak to everyone else, calling them the b word once if you get offended by that you shouldnt be playing jailbreak youve been in the community long enough to know that
i was planning to do simon thats why i sent them to the banner as you can see on the attached image which will link up to the round time.
i wasnt warden for the "prolonged" guncheck, and you know that, on my warden round i sent them to server banner for a guncheck, i was waiting for all ts to get there but i would never say it was excessively long they were waiting there for their fake afker buddys to get there aswell and the guncheck never started which is completely standard in rounds to make ts wait at banner or pit till 11.
Also why was the ban reason "baited massy" if it wasnt the reason i was banned lmao i can guarantee you and your little friends were laughing and edging you on in your discord call to give out nazi bans to me and others, youre an admin mate you should be better then this and not be a show off and fall under peer pressure.

not adding "random shit" on, i was sharing all info that allows you to understand the reference & view points. Are you referring to you CT baiting while gun check here? if so then you shouldnt be doing so full stop, on top of this while doing so yourself + others laughing and not taking CT responsibilities seriously while Ts are doing the proper thing.

as i mentioned to with within pms, intentionally disrespecting others/ being rude is against the rules. I am also not friends with the supposed person if you must know, as i staff/punish with no favouritism or my relationship with members of the community. my role is to protect community members from users that wish to not follow rules/be a respectable human being. you also have a history of being disrespectful to others.

The attached image is a steam message yes?. may need more of the convo as i see you say "we will then siumon sayus" is there more too this convo? as you added "then" to that message. tho you did do gun check with no real reason for doing so when Ts got to banner. plus chuckling likes kids planning something you know you shouldnt do with your other CT friends.

Any proof to back your claims? . You saying "you know that" doesnt do anything cos if i did then i wouldnt be mentioning it. here is you going back from what you said about the simon says image you provided and so now your saying you sent them there for a gun check.

that wasnt the reason, shouldnt be applying for an appeal if you dont know the reason. ive attached the ctban reason for you. you can speculate all you like but really do you think i want to deal with all your BS and reply? it would be easier if i let you do what you want but this is my role mate, wouldnt be staff otherwise.
if there is no more proof to back your claims then i will be rejecting your appeal.

When i asked you about the ban on the next map, you and all your bum buddys reply with "womp womp" or "wa wa". Insane for a preacher of being "disrespectful".
Like i said, ts had gotten a guy the 2 rounds prior so yes any person with an iq above 20 would do a guncheck.
I was going to do a guncheck followed by simon says, learn to read bro.
and lastly, the ORIGINAL reason for the ban was simply just "baiting massy". so you know you have a fucked up because your bum buddys pressured you to banning me and josh and you changed the ban reason and making up lies for me and shortened joshes ban by 13 days.In future when youre on ill be sure to record every round i play so good luck lil bro.
