Changes To Staff Structure

Hi all!
We have two new ranks to our staffing structure:
Trial Moderators will be the new starting point in the Staff ladder, being mentored by Senior Moderators until they're satisfied that they are competent in knowing all commands.
The Junior Admin rank is now the introductory role of becoming an Administrator. They will learn how to deal with applications, reports, appeals and everything else associated with making our community safe!Furthermore, we will also be reviewing our current team and possibly making adjustments due to the new ranks.
