Make using Jetpack Rebel by default

At what times do Ts use jetpack for reasons other than to
- Rebel
- Cheat/Gain an unfair advantage on games/LR
- Get to spots where CTs can't reach them
Jet pack's a cool thing don't get me wrong but most maps being played aren't built for Ts flying around the rooms at Mach 10 being able to reach areas they usually aren't allowed to such as CT catwalks. Plus with enough speed they can just turn on a dime making it even harder to kill them. Sure CTs have the advantage with guns and higher vantage points but I'm pretty sure that's what the power dynamic is traditionally meant to be like and only genuine good players who are skilled and can time it well are able impact a round and rebel successfully.
CTs are very vulnerable if they aren't holding shit down like Gallipoli and even if they do, they are deemed to be Nazi and ruining the fun. Just one good T can change the outcome of a round with jetpack and its even easier to do so when there's at least 6 of the cunts who are flying around like mosquitoes you can barely shoot.
Maybe just change the rules so that using Jetpack is considered rebelling or like nerf it? So Ts have to think wisely about using it at the right moment to rebel; or if affecting jetpack will negatively impact the incentive to get VIP for extra credits in order to buy jetpack faster and the subsequent upgrades then I'll just go fuck myself.

@joey will have the biggest cry over this so im so down for it, sore loser jetpacks everything and kills cts even when he loses lr. shows his real characteristics.

Josh, I personally would have to disagree with you on jetpack.. although sometimes it is gamebreaking and silly. you just need to read the t's better when wardening/ guard. its a skill issue not a server issue.
Hey Spunno, sure I'll give that a shot. I'll mind read the individual intentions of up to 20-40 T's who are swarming around like fire ants and single out the ones who have thoughts of jetpacking up to me, better yet maybe I'll just put my trust in my teammates to shoot the ones who are flying at me while I turn my back for a second to setup for the next order, but oh wait it's hard as shit to hit the dude who was building up velocity for the past minute and speed blitzes me before I fkn blink.
Including the fact you use jetpack gives you bias so no. You're a good kid tho, love you to death -
With further thought and process, I'd have to agree with you.. perhaps they make jetpack not refuelable..?

While i think jetpack is overpowered i also think alot of the Rebel/ getting to advange areas also lays with the CTs being unprepared. Ive seen plenty times CTs either staring at a T using a jetpack to get to gunroom or a cat walk as well as times where Ts are send to a location before CTs are actually properly set up leading to Ts jetpacking onto a roof or another location.
