before I accept unicorn, i'll post here explaining a few things factored into my decision making and about what makes her such a good candidate for other people applying for staff in the future:
consistent hours
high knowledge of the rules
fosters enjoyment for the server while regularly playing as warden which is a rare trait
high level of previous experience (not everyone is expected to have this, but it helps)
clear passion for the server
neither too strict or too loose in her judgements; has found a good balance to maximise fun for herself and others
in general good reputation amongst her peers with an exemplary level of community engagement
for others applying for staff, one of the best ways to get noticed and demonstrate to us how you may operate as a future staff member is to play warden
